Badgers are better than hawks.

With BBQ season hotting up, the Badgers and Hawks could only muster ten players each for this match. As it turned out, the Badgers needed only three when batting, losing just the one wicket in their 40 overs. Cloke and Jinks both lost 2 stone through sweat during their lengthy innings, with the former ending on 63 and the latter amassing a whopping 105. The Hawks also scored quickly and deployed distraction tactics such as wearing their pants on the outside of their trousers. However, they couldn’t get close to the enormous Badger total. Comfortable victory.
